Market Feasibility Studies

Market and feasibility studies are used to inform the decision as to whether or not to buy or build a hotel. Sometimes these studies are performed by the hotel buyers and developers, at other times a lender may require a consulting firm to conduct a market study and include it with the loan application materials. As will be explained in this eBook, while basically the same, there are differences between the way market and feasibility studies are conducted when analyzing a hotel acquisition as compared to when the studies are done to analyze the development of a new hotel.

This eBook is comprised of multiple courses, as well as quizzes that will test your knowledge and reinforce your learning.
