As we serve several markets with diverse purchasing and pricing models, the first step is to select which model best fits your needs. To do this, on our homepage menu bar please click on ""Get Started" and make your selection accordingly. Alternately within the first paragraph of text on the homepage you will see "click here to get started now", as well as a "Get Started" button located at the bottom of the homepage.
Your options are as follows:
- Hotel & Management Company Subscriptions you will see: "Click here to view our hotel subscription pricing", as well as a link to contact a member of our Sales team to discuss options to meet your specific needs.
- Individual eBooks pricing is determined by the item(s) you wish to purchase and add to your Shopping Cart. We offer individual eBook(s) at $29.95 each and pre-packaged bundles ranging in price from $49.00-$99.00. Additionally, you may utilize our "Custom eBook Package Builder" option and obtain special custom package pricing of $19.95 per eBook (note: must select at least 5 eBooks for discount to apply). After making your selection(s), clicking on "Check Out" takes you to the next page which allows you to see the contents of your Shopping Cart and proceed as you wish from there (Proceed with purchase, go back and modify your order, and/or cancel your order completely).
- University Students are offered special pricing as per our agreements with participating universities and/or professors, thus, pricing is determined by the university and class selection made during the purchase process.
Simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link located within the Members Login region of the homepage. Enter the email address associated to your account and HMBookstore
will email your user credentials again. Note: if you do not see the "HMBookstore Password Reminder" email within your inbox, please check your spam/junk and/or promotional
folder as well.
As part of the purchase and enrollment activation process, HMBookstore sends each user a "Welcome to HMBookstore" email validating the login credentials associated to the
account and encourages them to retain this information for future reference. If you are unable to locate this information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we
may assist you in recovering this information.
Yes. As part of the purchase and enrollment activation process, HMBookstore sends each user an "HMBookstore Order Confirmation" email. An accounting of your purchase(s) is also
found within the Learning Portal > "My Account" > "My Purchases" region > Click on "Details" next to the order you wish to view. You may also resend this information to the
email address associated to your account by simply clicking on "Email Receipt" in the upper left corner of the pop-up display. Note: if you do not see the
"HMBookstore Order Confirmation" email within your inbox, please check your spam/junk and/or promotional folder as well.
